Good fit and the side pocket hold my phone well. The zipped pocket at the back I use for my car keys and could be a bit better compared to my Nike shorts. My Nike shorts have the small back pocket for keys about 1 inch higher close to the waist band. This doesn't sound much but it makes a difference for feeling the key move around when running s I would have liked the pocket a bit higher to hold car keys snug.

They're are thick and heavy. Zip ppcket only bog enough for a car key. Only 1 inside pocket for your phone. Fit well and are comfy. Probably best for winter runs when you dont need to carry gels.
