Shipping & Returns
Shipping
All orders placed on the RunThrough Kit website are dispatched from the United Kingdom to the shipping address provided at checkout. Deliveries are made on business days only, excluding bank and public holidays.
While we aim to dispatch orders on the same day, this cannot be guaranteed and may vary depending on order volumes.
Standard delivery is charged at £3.99, with an estimated delivery time of 1-3 working days. Free standard shipping is available on orders with a final total of £50 or more after all discounts, promotions, and voucher codes have been applied.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or additional charges. These charges are not included at checkout and remain the responsibility of the customer.
RunThrough Kit shall not be held liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: incorrect customer details, customs clearance, stock availability, industrial action, civil unrest, acts of terrorism, adverse weather, natural disasters, fire, epidemics, or telecommunications failures.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges within 28 days of receipt of your order, subject to stock availability.
Customers can request an exchange via our online returns portal. Items may be exchanged for the same product in an alternative size or colour.
If the retail price of the item has increased since the original purchase, no additional charge will be applied for the exchange.
Once your return has been received and inspected, your exchange will be processed. Exchanges are typically completed within 10–14 days of receipt, with standard delivery timeframes applying thereafter. Processing times may be extended during peak periods.
Returns & Refunds
Returns must be initiated within 28 days of receipt of your order via our online returns portal. Returns submitted outside of this period may not be accepted.
Refunds are available for full-priced items only. Sale or outlet items are not eligible for monetary refunds and will instead be issued as store credit or may be exchanged, subject to availability.
Sale items purchased at RunThrough Kit pop-up retail stalls or event locations are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Once your return is approved through the portal, you will be provided with instructions to send your item(s) back to us.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 working days of the returned item(s) being received and approved. Please allow an additional 5 working days for your bank or payment provider to process the funds.
You will receive email confirmation once your refund has been issued. Please check your junk or spam folder if necessary.
During peak periods, processing times may exceed the stated timeframes.
Returns Conditions & Refusal Rights
All returns must be submitted through our official returns portal. Returns sent without prior authorisation may be refused.
For international returns, packages must be clearly marked as “Return” on all customs documentation. The original purchase value should not be declared. Any duties, taxes, or fees incurred due to incorrect documentation will be deducted from the refund or store credit.
Customers are responsible for ensuring returned items arrive safely. We recommend using a tracked and/or signed-for delivery service, as RunThrough Kit cannot be held responsible for items lost or delayed in transit.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that:

Are not returned in their original condition
All items must be unworn, unwashed, and in a fully resalable condition, including original tags and packaging. We reserve the right to reject items that are damaged, soiled, scented, or show signs of wear, including the presence of hair.
For hygiene reasons, the following items are non-returnable and will be rejected if returned:

Where a return is rejected, the item(s) will be returned to the original shipping address.
