I bought xl and they fit well. Like the little zip pocket perfect for a key.
Inner lining is non chafing, have run with no issues. Probably going to buy another pair.

The shorts are quality although I should of ordered large instead on medium
The trousers were delivered with a glue stain on the right leg i wasn't very happy about that.
